The trail ginger is me, Cat Topham. Living, working and riding in Peebles in the Tweed Valley. I've been biking seriously for about 10 years and I've ridden and raced all over the world. I got hooked on the MTB Marathon events early on and finished my love affair with the long distance at the Kielder 50 in 2012. I think that convinced me to have a go at the downhill instead. I love Enduro because its a grand mix of the two, some ups and downs and chats and social in between. Me and my little family settled here in the Valley so we could live on the doorstep of the amazing trail network and we have never looked back since.
I am wife to Paul and mother to Rowan, mostly full time Mum and part time wedding and family photographer. Bike obsessed. I ride and race for Fall Line cycles, if your in need of anything bike in the Tweed Valley then head on over to them. They know their shizzle.....
This little blog is all about my life on two wheels, its ups, its downs and hopefully not that often but its flat on my face in the dirts too. I hope it provides you with some insight, some laughs and something to relate to. Please get in touch if you want to.
